Non-Agricultural Permission (N/A)

 

What is an NA Order?

An NA (Non-Agricultural) order is the government permission to convert agricultural land into residential or commercial use.


What happens without an NA order?

✔ Construction may be considered illegal
✔ Penalties and legal action can be taken
✔ Electricity and water connections may be denied
